Hello student,

It is 50% for General Category. You should complete 10+2, pass each subject individually and then score the required aggregate against your Category. With this you are eligible to participate in NEET. You can appear for NEET if you are appearing for 12th standard in 2020 but only 12th marks are calculated and not 11th.

Marks of 11th is not considered for neet.
Here's eligibility criteria if neet :

Qualifying Exam
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Qualifying Marks
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
