hey sumeeth , seeing this year's cutoff ,it would be very difficult for  you to get a goverment seat in any college for mbbs,although you can try for BDS and BAMS .For Mbbs your minimum score to secure a decent goverment seat this year should be above 550.So if you want to pursue mbbs the only option you have taking admission in private medical college.
