sir if get admission in private college ths year can I have chance to take adm in next year 2018 in nit or iit after qualify jee exam.

Yes for sure.
But if you are so desperate to join an IIT or an NIT then why not drop a year and study with full dedication as you will not have enough time in college to prepare for JEE.

next year what happen who knows year by year paper getting hard and if can't next year too than after 4 year there is lot of problem in placement

You can prepare while studying in college but it will be very difficult for you to get a decent rank then.
