Dear aspirant

If a candidate is   alloted any seat in any round then he/she has two with , either he/she can lock his choice which means you are happy with the alloted seat ,don't want to change it and ready to claim it but if you choose float that means you want to participate in further rounds of Counselling and check whether you can get any other seat in further rounds of Counselling.
