Phine and email verification while logging in through GOAPs portal is mandatory and only then you can proceed.

An OTP is sent for verification . You will also receive an enrolment number which is very important.

Sir actually which phone number I registered..I made a mistake by putted one wrong digit out of 10digit..so I am unable to verify my phone number..so is there any chances to reject my application form if I will not verify my phone number??
