The eligibility criteria for JLEE exam in Assam states that the candidate must have completed at least 3 years diploma in polytechnic from any institute in Assam. Also, score of minimum 45% is required. The candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam etc., So, if you satisfy these criteria, you can apply for the exam, else, not.
