as you  scored rank is little  higher so i suggest you to go with NCC-A so you will have good chances for getting better colleges as per previous years cutoff ranks and if you go with BC-D then you may not get good colleges as per your caste (or) category , rank and branch you pick your college will be decided so i suggest you to go with ncc-A category
