yes you need to change it. as you are in first year of b,sc studies you belongs to code 5, according to code 5 , candidate who are in first year of their b.sc studies from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and biology or biotechnology as subjects and have practical test on those subjects, also candidate need to qualify the 10+2 course with pcb and english as a subject and need to have the qualifying score.

if you did not final submit the application form you may change it, unless you need to change it when the correction window will open.
