Dear Naman, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 562
OBC: 511
SC: 417
ST: 304

It might be a tad difficult if you belong to General Category but you can get a seat comparitively easier if you fall under Reserved Categories. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With 580 marks chances of getting medical college in delhi through NEET is very less because colleges like MAMC,DELHI and LADY HARDING MEDICAL COLLEGE,DELHI and VMMC,DELHI are one of the favourite colleges among those students who score marks above 650.
Last year closing rank for MAMC was 58 and for VMMC it was 107 and for UCMS it was 165 and for for LHMC it was 314 for ureserved category.
That's why chances are less.
So try to apply for other colleges and apply for IPU,DELHI .
