If you belomg to Tamil Nadu ,then you can apply to only govt colleges of karnataka ,that too only through AIQ,
private colleges of a particular state doesn't participate in AIQ seat allotments,
And Considering the previous year's Cutoffs, you may not get seat through AIQ,
but you may have chances in your home state, only if you belomg to General category ,
