To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks.As per your question and details you are getting 535 in neet  that's a very good score although you haven't provided much information about the category therefore It's quite difficult to predict about college.

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 533
BC: 519
SC: 370
ST: 429
Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. It is speculated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges will go higer by 25 marks. If that is true, if you belong to General/OBC Category, you might get a seat in a Private Medical College but if you belong to SC/ST Categories you can get a seat in Government Medical College.
