Hi deepan,
following is the list of the best colleges you can get for B.Sc. Physics
Presidency College, Chennai
Elphinstone College, Mumbai
Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai
The eligibility criteria for the above mentioned colleges is 10+2 in Science stream.
Anyways, if you have a state preference, please let us know.
