Absolutely you can appear for CAT if you are in your final year of your graduation. But once you go for admission after you get selected after the GD/PI rounds then you'll have to produce the required documents. 

For now you can prepare for the exams and your admissions will begin next year from April.

Yes student but at the time of admission you need to submit your graduation degree. Eligibility for cat is. A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.
