For CAT:- common admissions test provides you the oppurtunity to pursue education in one of the best colleges not only in india but in world as well
any graduate can apply for CAT he/she must secure more than 50%in graduation in general category and relaxation of 5% is provided for other categories
Engineer, MBBS, LLB, B. Com, BBA any one can apply and after securing a good rank can pursue education in IIMs. it is the gateway for IIMs

Yes any graduate can apply for CAT. Also final year students are eligible to apply for CAT.
