For B.sc courses, Delhi university is the best option available and FYI, DU consider best of four percentage including one language subject. As your percentage is quite low, i would suggest you to go through the admission process of various universities that takes entrance test for admission i.e., BHU, Punjab University, AMU or you can consider chirst university, Bangalore.
