Late registration at the second year of B pharmacy of non creamy layer certificate you have to consult with the authority of the respective college where you are studying B pharmacy at 2nd year. If they noded for yes then you have to go through the process they  would ask for you to register your  non creamy layer certificate at their official website for your benefit. Non creamy layer OBC certificate holder can get more benefit and opportunities in jobs and education than OBC certificate holders of creamy layer.
