You are safe provided other informations such as your name, parents name, roll no. Of school , category  , marks are correct.That is all which matters. So relax and keep preparing. its just an additional email id need not worry on those things.

Actually you will have the problem as you have entered the wrong email. By entering the wrong email id, you will not get any new notification regarding jee advanced, you must always use this wrong email to open your login page or information details or downloading of admit card. You are not allowed to make any correction in jee advanced application form once you have submitted the form. But if you have submitted correctly the name, mobile number and other details, then you are safe
