There is no such norm for NCC reservation. The rule is, you must need to have a NCC Certificate to claim your 1% resrrvation for National cadet corps. Also the admission to the 85% state quota seats will be reserved for the local candidates in relation to the each local area. Candidates have to furnish a certificate in the prescribed proforma to claim the reservation and will be provided seat within 85% state quota.
