Dear Candidate,

You can choose anyone whichever you like. But if you are going for normal CSE, you will have to learn extra for Digital 2.0 technologies. If you are specialising in the mentioned courses, you can work on first hand basis via projects and assignments. It will give you more exposure & experience. If you are going for Normal CSE, you will have to put in the extra effort of learning these technologies side by side. And to be very honest, Engineering is all about Self Learning. Professors all around will be new if there is a new course. If you can learn the technologies by your own, it's always a better thing .

Weigh the pros & cons of each of them. Take a pen & paper & write down everything that comes to your mind, ask seniors amongst your circle. Try contacting alumnus of these colleges for better feedback. Do well grounded research before taking any decision.

Thank You.
