There is no age limit for appearing in UPSEE 2020.

First thing that you need to know is that candidates who does not have a domicile of UP cannot apply for government and government-funded engineering colleges. If the candidate does not have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh but has passed the qualifying exam from any institute of the state, he/she will be eligible to apply for UPSEE exam but will be considered eligible for admission to only 20% of the sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).
