Hey Aspirant,

Yes it is necessary to have a great community certificate. In the date as per Appgecet. For instance if it asked Issued after 1st April then it should be issued after 1st April. Isn't because government keep adding different caste in different categories every year as per there condition.

but there isnt any specific date of issue....so is it necessary as it takes a lot of time for issuing.
