NCC B certificate is helpful in State Counselling and not in All India Counselling. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category.
Even , Seats are allotted based on merit come preference. There is upto 1% reservation for NCC based on the State you belong to.

Dear Aspirant

There is no reservation for NCC certificate holders in NEET. Seats are allotted only on the basis of General, SC, ST, OBC and physically handicapped category. It is also available on the basis of male and female.

But there is no such policy foe NCC candidates.
