Yes dear, NCERT Biology book is sufficient for you  for your NEET examination .

This is because,

In your NEET Biology section almost 95% or more of the questions are from the concepts of NCERT. NCERT biology is not less than a bible for neet examination.

But yes,

just reading NCERT Biology will not help you,  as in NEET examination questions  are asked in the form of MCQs so you need to practice lots of MCQs in order to score good marks , and you need to master NCERT to the level that it is at your fingertips.

You can go for a books like NCERT at your fingertips by mtg for Biology, it has topic wise questions it helps you in mastering NCERT in a systematic manner ,

also once you're done with your complete syllabus go through previous year question papers and mock test papers which will let you know your weak areas so that you can work on them and improve.
