Dear Krishna, Telangana Open School is a State Government run Open School, while NIOS is an Education Board under Union Government of India. So both of them are not the same. The objectives, and goals might be the same but Telangana Oppen school caters to the Students of Telangana not necessarily confining it to Students of Telangana but it is a State Education board while NIOS caters to the whole of India across all States.
