Dear Ravi, if your annual income is greater than 8 lakhs, you will come under OBC  creamy layer. However if the annual income is lesser than 8 lakhs, you will be considered under OBC Non creamy layer. Certain castes that come under BC and MBC that are not added to the Central Government’s OBC category do not come under OBC Non creamy layer.
