Hi,
Yes, there is reservation for OBC candidates of Karnataka for Comedk. If you are non- karnataka then to claim reservation:

The candidate must have atleast domicile certificate or
Should have done 7 years of schooling in Karnataka or
One of the parents should have done their 7 years of schooling or domiciled in Karnataka.

There is less chance of reservation for OBC non-karnataka candidate.
