As per the new norms of Central Government of India, the candidates with following criterias passed will be eligible to apply for 10% quota under Economically Weaker Section(EWS) in government jobs as well as seat allotment in government institutes. The criterias are..

• Family annual income should be less than ₹8 lakhs.
• Family agricultural land must be less than 5 acres.
• Residential flat area less than 1000 sq feet.

If anyone fulfills the above mentioned criterias then yes the candidate have the advantage of 10% resevation.
