Hello,

UGC NET examines the eligibilty of the candidates who want to pursue teaching as a profession in Indian Government colleges. Through MBA in UGC NET, various public sector units recruit candidates for the posts of HR and marketing managers. Also, through a good score in the exam, a tag of JRF qualified is assigned (for top 2-3 percent students only) . This mean that the Indian Government will sponsor the expenditures in their Ph.D Programmes or research work.
