Not only Telangana every state has mop up round which is must for students to get a seat.

And coming to AIQ it has 15% quota in the state.
The point to remember is it has only 15% through all over India.

You can go for both mop up round as well as AIQ seats.
Mop up round has more chances then AIQ seats.
