As per your requirement, i would say that ranking vary every year along with cut off. 

The cut off depends on

• Total number of NEET aspirants appearing for the exam
• Difficulty level of the question paper
• Numbero seats available in the MBBS and BDS colleges of the state
• Marks in the NEET result

So cut off varies every year so the ranks . As the neet students are more this year the cut off would be higher so there would be much difference in ranking. Depending on your reservation, you need to score higher than the cut off to be on a safer side to get a seat. 

Exact versetile in ranking can't be said but cutt off has definitely got higher this year.
