Your question does not seems clear and thus sounds more ambiguous.
If you are asking that whether the criteria for appearing for an exam is same for All state Boards then yes, it is same for all the State Board students.
There has been specific guidelines for each state board which are more or less similar to each other as the course or curriculum is almost same for them.
