Dear Sushant, along with those subjects do you have Biology/Biotechnology and English? If yes you should have scored a minimum of 50% if you are from general category, 40% if you are from SC/ST. If you have these subjects and the minimun % according to your category, you are eligible to attempt NEET.

According to the NEET 2019 eligiiblity criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/biotechnology and English as core subjects in both classes 11 and 12 to be eligible for admission.

Yes you are eligible for NEET taking place in 2019.

The eligibility criteria is you must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in physics,  biology and chemistry. Also your age must be in between 17-25 years. And there is no limit for giving NEET exam as long as you lie in above criteria.
