Hello,
If you are from General Category, then you won't be eligible to get admission into NITs and IIITs through JEE Mains as the minimum required aggregate marks in class 12 is 75%. As you have less than 75%, so you won't be eligible.
If you are from other reservation category, then you might get a seat in NITs IIITs and GFTIs through JEE Mains as you need to have minimum 65% in class 12. Also, as this is your third attempt in JEE Mains,. So this is your last JEE Mains attempt. And you won't also be able to attempt for JEE Advanced.

You can instead go for some top private engineering colleges in Bihar which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains.
