Actual date of counselling is not yet announced but you can expect that counselling will start from 2nd or 3rd week of July.
Steps required:-

Online registration on the counselling portal by entering their personal details.
Online option entry or choice filling
Provisional seat allotment
Handwriting verification
Final BCECE seat allotment
Document verification and admission
