I am sorry to say that, with a 3.5 lakh rank in JEE Main, it would be difficult to get any decent college worth pursuing engineering. You can try getting admission based on your other examinations rank, or if you have SC/ST/PWDs reservation benefit, you may fetch something decent.

Else, I will suggest you prepare for the examination again and do well next year.
