Admission process and eligibility criteria vary from college to college and also according to the course. Generally, admission to B.A programmes is on the basis of merit (class 12th marks). Some colleges/universities also conduct entrance exam for admission. And eligibility criteria required is that candidate should have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognised board.
