If both of them are regular courses, then it is not possible. Moreover, it is not ideal to pursue two courses at the same time. This is because you will not be ble to concentrate well on either of them. Both of them would require you to attend classes, do assignments, projects etc and it would be difficult to manage.

You also need to check with the rules of both the institutes you are studying from whether they allow simultaneous courses. I would suggest do one at a time.
