The dates to fill NEET UG application board are over this year. You may fill the form next year. And, the Eligibility criteria of NEET UG states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th in PCB combination with minimum 50% marks from a recognised board of education. So, Yes, you can fill the form even from urdu medium.
