With a score of 503 in NEET, you have quite less chances of getting a seat in government medical college. In 2018, the last score was 493 who secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad under general category- admission. The cutoff for admission changes every year depending upon factors like total number of applicants, total number of seats available under state counseling and related such. And this year the cutoffs for admission are expected to increase by 10-15 marks than last year's. As you haven't mentioned your category quota, it would be difficult to predict your chances of admission in Telangana under state counseling. If you're a general category candidate, then it's bit difficult to get a seat in government medical Institute. But if you belong to a reserved category, then you have good chances of admission in a govt college for MBBS course.
