Dear Eshwa, in 2018, under State Quota, 469 marks.secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. With 558 marks, you have fair chances of getting a Government Medical College. And regarding  applying for other Staye's Counselling, it is strictly confined to candidates who hold domicile of that particular State. Other State candidates cannot participate in non domicilr State's counselling. You can only participate in 15% All India Quota seats whose cut offs are usually higher. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
