No, you can't. Whatever details you have given during the Time of your registration, that will not change. This information will be Available in a read only format (editing the details after JEE Mains is not allowed).                
Even if you some how uploaded the EWS certificate, it won't be considered, as in your application forms you have mentioned only general category.
