In jee mains application form I had selected ews category, now I don't have that ews certificate

You should give the examination from general category. If you are unable to get the EWS category certificate then mail the JEE advanced organising institute through your mobile phone so that they can change your branch for rest of the process. I will suggest you to contact them with phone number as well.
