You easily able to get THAPAR UNIVERSITY, getting of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh seems far with this marks in CS branch . Getting CS in NIT Jalandhar seems true but not in first round of counseling,you should wait for more number of round to get CS/IT in NIT Jalandhar.
My personal opinion for you if you really want NIT than you should choose IT branch as there is less difference between these two branches but cutoff have margin.IT have rarely two/three subject difference with CS which you can do from outside also.
All this information based on previous year cutoffs.

It depends on your rank rather than your score if you can get into NITs or not. The marks vs score keeps changing each year due to several factors like difficulty level of the exam and the average score of students etc. You could use the rank predictor to get an accurate estimate of your rank.
