Dear Candidate,
No you can't do b.tech because to take admission in engineering course you need to show physics , chemistry,maths marks . That you don't have .
But you can continue your studies with art and can able to apply in bank exam .

As per your concern if you have completed your 12th from arts stream than its difficult for you to pursue btech after 12th because for btech students needs to complete there 12th with science stream. 

But apart from this you can definitely pursue banking course after arts sreatm.
