I suggest you go to your college and tell the office staff your query. They will guide you as only college office member can tell you when will you fill the form of the registration BA examination.

(Mujhe lagta hai k tumhein apne college me jakr apne collge k office ya staff meember se bat karni chahiye or unse puchna chahiye q ki sirf wohi log yeh bta sakte hai k BA exam ka registration form kab fill hga.)
