Sir main upsee ki first round me choice filling right order me nahi kiya tha Kaya main second round dubara choice filling kar sakta hu

Hlo dear,

No you can't fill choice again in second round if you have already locked it in first round.

But upsee.nic in pr ek notification Aya hai ki students can change his choice in second round but I  can't understand.plz help me my upsee general rank 8000k k
