In jadavpur university, if you haven't got alloted any seat, then the refund will be processed. But you have to make sure that the refund policy is active by going in its office where the counseling took place ( salt lake campus or jadavpur campus ), because after a given deadline no refund will be done.

So, you have to take a step by yourself to enquire about the last dste of decentralized counseling fees. And then you have to apply for refund and after deducting a nominal processing charges you will get the amount back.
