But you have to make sure that the refund policy is active by going in its office where the counseling took place ( salt lake campus or jadavpur campus ), because after a given deadline no refund will be done.

So, you have to take a step by yourself to enquire about the last dste of decentralized counseling fees. And then you have to apply for refund and after deducting a nominal processing charges you will get the amount back.
