IPCC reports are neutral, policy-relevant but not policy-prescriptive.
The passing marks for IPCC are 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate. you need to score 200/400 marks and at least 40 marks in each of them.
An aggregate of 50% in all the papers together is required to qualify in the examination.
