If you have filled the wrong choices in the REAP counselling then you can unlock the choices again and you can change your preference provided that the dates are not expired. If the dates for the counselling are expired or gonr then you will not be able to change the choices and you will be allotted the institute based on your merit and the choices and you have to go for the third round if you want to modify your choice.
