AIIMS examination accepts applications from candidates who are appearing for their Class 12 examination in the current academic year and also the students who have passed the same. Since you are appearing for your Class 12 boards that are to take place in March this year, so in the qualifying examination dropdown, you should you enter the option as ‘Appearing’.

So, you did nothing wrong and your form will be accepted.
